A New Chapter
In July 2024, Paris Rental was acquired by Asteria Immobilier, a group with more than 40 years of experience in property management, corporate real estate, and real estate services for multi-family offices.
This acquisition marks an important new step for the company. By combining Paris Rental's expertise in high-end furnished rentals with the experience of France Ermitage, another Asteria group company specializing in property management and real estate transactions, we are strengthening the support we provide to both property owners and corporate clients — with a long-term vision and an ongoing commitment to service excellence.
