Exceptional service. I don't speak any french and needed to move unexpectedly as my current lease was destroyed in a flood. They were incredibly helpful in finding me a wonderful new apartment and helping me through all the steps of renting in France (my first place was arranged through work, this was my very first time in the Paris rental market). They really held my hand and walked me through the processes and made it painless. I can't say enough positive things about the service I got from Jing LI, who not only helped me find a dream place in the 14th, she also worked above and beyond to expedite the process as I was desperate to stop living in a hotel. The Paris Rental team delivered an absolutely amazing experience securing a us a long term rental in Paris's 7th Arrondissement. The process was very organized. Once we identified a desired property, the Paris Rental team was very helpful in our crafting a letter to the owner of the Apartment.
The contracting process was easy via a 'DocuSign' system. Paris Rental has various affiliates that help secure ancillary requirements, such a payment guarantee (we did not have a French bank account) and the required homeowner insurance.
The move in process was smooth. The apartment was spotless, and new towels and rugs were included. All other soft items had been professionally cleaned. The Paris Rental team also attended to establishing our electricity contract with EDF and our TV/WiFi service with Orange. This was as easy as checking in to your favorite hotel.
An additional benefit of Paris Rental is that they manage many of the apartments (through an affiate Home Management). It is reassuring to know that you will interact with someone in Paris if the need arises and not a distant absentee landlord.
