Paris Rental was the agency that helped me settle into life here in Paris, and I have them to thank for that. They exemplified quality, professionalism, and their agent that worked with me throughout the whole booking process, Adriana Sanchez, was an absolute joy.
Even after I moved in, she was so helpful to me, answering whatever questions I might have had and so on. While the flats themselves are more on the pricey side, I still definitely recommend Paris Rental for your apartment-finding needs here in Paris.

Extremely helpful staff throughout the entire process. Gave some great options and was very informative throughout my tours of apartments. Agents were always responsive and were able to help or give advice for any problems I had. Would recommend!

Expats from Canada, we spent 3 years in our beautiful Parisian apartment in the 16th. We had an instant connection with Helene from Paris Rental. Helene and her team were very kind and helpful to us as we transitioned into and sadly, out of our apartment. Any questions or concerns were attended to very promptly. We miss Paris, the friends we made, including Helene, Dan, and the Paris Rentsl team.
I have used De Circourt (Paris Rental) to acquire tenants for my apartment in Paris for 15 years. Through their efforts I have had fewer than 6 months vacancy in all of that time. But what most impresses me with their service is the quality of tenant they have acquired for me. Never have I had an issue with any of my tenants removng things or damaging the apartment in any way. Never have my tenants missed a single payment. Some of these tenants have become personal friends.
I have even had Paris Rental tenants find me new tenants.
I would also like to mention that I am not your typical landlord. I never rent my apartment for over a year. At the end of each lease, I spend a month at the apartment carrying out any improvements and arranging any required services. That means that every tenant must move out for a month once a year. Most have then renewed their lease at the end of my month. I can not over emphasize the difficult of finding a tenant who is willing to interrupt their residency for a month but Paris Rental has done so time and time again. I would never use any service other than that provided by the De Circourt company. Paris is not my only rental property and I have tried Air B&B and Craigs List. Paris Rental has provided the best service and the best tenants by far. Perhaps it is because of the quality of the individuals who carry out the day to day business of the company. Perhaps it is just magic.
