Originally a 19th Century Industrial Printing House built by Gustav Eiffel, located in the neighborhood of Montorgueil, this Loft has been transformed into an exclusive, contemporary loft space, offering a warm atmosphere and modern facilities for professional or residential use - or a mix of both activities. The Loft is fully equipped with state of the art WIFI and internet link-ups, home automation and 3 multi-media audiovisual systems - the main lounge is equipped with a giant home cinema screen (3.2 meters/18 feet wide). An office provides a printer, scanner and fax - this room can be isolated with sliding doors, or remain an open extension to the mezzanine area.
There are 2 complementary lounges designed for comfort and different moods: a dramatic reception room in the main volume of the Loft dominated by the cathedral window, Japanese Ficus tree and Gustave Eiffel beams - and a second, more intimate and colourful space, on the upper level under the skylights. Relax. Entertain. Drink afternoon tea or aperitifs. Watch movies (on a cinema screen). Enjoy after dinner relaxing. Open Dining and Kitchen Space - A dining table for up to 8 persons (can be adapted for larger groups) and a kitchen island designed to sit around while the host prepares food or drinks.
